As we make the gradual transition out of lockdown, managing our mental health is a key part of adjusting to the new normal. Last month, one of our members shared with us top tips for managing mental health during lockdown which many found helpful.

This has been a mixed experience for the business community: for some business has increased; others have pivoted and found unexpected success; and for many there has been an abrupt halt to all business activity. Whatever your experience, it is likely to have involved a level of stress and pressure. And while the long road ahead will present exciting opportunities, it also has the potential to provoke varying levels of anxiety.

Following on from a post in our Facebook group recently, this is an open discussion about we are at and how we can move forward together. This will be a safe and honest environment for us to share and support one another. We can also signpost you professionals who can walk alongside you if you feel you need more help after this discussion.
